Tracking Order
We're eager to get your cosmic goodies to you! Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your order's journey through the cosmos.
Return Policy
We want you to love your cosmic finds, but if they don't quite hit the mark, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Just ensure the items are unworn, with original packaging and tags.
Returning an Order
No worries! You can initiate a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
Here's how it works
Item Condition: Make sure items are unworn/unused and still have their original packaging and tags.
Contact Us: Reach out to us with your Cosmichu order number, email address, a list of items you're returning, and the reason. Let us know if you want an exchange, refund, or store credit. (Gift Card)
Shipping: Once we confirm your return is eligible, ship the item(s) back to the address we provide. You're responsible for return shipping costs. Use a tracked option for safety.
Exclusions: Certain items can't be returned, like used apparel, accessories, or handmade products.
Processing Time: Allow up to 7 business days for processing once your return reaches us.
Accepted: Approved returns will be issued as gift cards or refund, sent to your original email address.
Final Sale: Items ending in clearance are final sale and can't be refunded, exchanged, or turned into gift cards.

At Cosmichu, we strive to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. While we currently offer direct exchanges within the US, we've also provided an easy and convenient solution for our international customers. Please review our exchange policy below:
Exchanges within the US:
We offer direct exchanges for a different size of the same item within the US.
Exchanges outside the US:
For our international customers, we recommend the following process:

Return the item(s) for a gift card.

Use the gift card to repurchase the desired item(s).
How to Make an Exchange within the US:

Use our contact form and fill out the required information.

Provide your order number, the item(s) you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

Specify the desired new size of the replacement item.

Once we confirm that the order is eligible for an exchange, send back the item(s) to the address provided (shipping must be covered by the customer).

Once your item(s) reaches us, we will ensure they meet the store's exchange policy criteria.

If the exchanged is approved, your new order will be immediately placed, and you'll receive an order confirmation email.

Exchange orders within the US are shipped with 5–10 days of standard shipping*.

New orders for exchanges will be initiated once the returned item(s) are received and meet the store’s exchange policy criteria.

Returned to Sender
Lost in the Void? We've Got You Covered! If your order decided to take a detour back to us, don't fret. Reach out, and we'll launch a rescue mission to track it down.
Lost or Missing Order
If your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, but you haven't received it yet:
1. First, double-check the shipping address on your order. If you notice any missing apartment numbers or digits, there's a chance your package was delivered to the wrong address. In such cases, please reach out to the carrier for further assistance.
2. Don't forget to check with your neighbors as well. It's surprising how often they may have your package waiting for you!
3. Please allow a 2-day grace period, as carriers sometimes need this time to correct delivery mistakes.
Keep in mind that Cosmichu holds no responsibility for missing, stolen, lost, or tampered packages.

Order Modification or Cancellation
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any changes or cancellations to orders once they have been placed.
